Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies whenever you use BirthdayGenerator.top, including its AI-assisted image and card-generation features. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited content

You must not use our services to request, create, upload, publish, or share:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Any sexualization, exploitation, or endangerment of minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a person who has not consented
• Face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or misleading manipulation of a person's identity
• Hateful, harassing, discriminatory, extremist, or terrorist content
• Graphic violence, threats, encouragement of self-harm, or instructions for serious wrongdoing
• Illegal content, scams, malware, or content that facilitates unlawful activity
• Content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Attempts to evade, disable, probe, or bypass our safety filters or content moderation

Reference photos and personal rights

Only upload a reference photo of yourself or a person whose informed permission you have obtained. You must have all rights necessary to use the photo and the person's likeness. Reference photos may not be used for face swaps, deepfakes, sexual content, harassment, impersonation, or deception.

Content moderation and enforcement

User-supplied image prompts are screened before generation. A request may be blocked when it is denied or flagged by our moderation systems. If moderation is unavailable or cannot return a valid decision, generation is blocked by default.

We may remove content and restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of this AUP or applicable law. Repeated attempts to bypass moderation may result in account suspension.
