AI Image Safety and Moderation

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to all AI-assisted image and card-generation features. User-supplied image prompts are screened before generation. Requests that are denied or flagged are blocked. If moderation is unavailable or cannot return a valid decision, generation is blocked by default. We may remove content and restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
